My deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear family member. How comforting to know that when death claims one of our loved ones, others feel our pain and grief. Our loving heavenly father feels our pain as well. He offers comfort to us from his word the Bible. Psalm 34:18 reminds us that " Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." And the beautiful promise for the future at Revelation 21:4 which says: “And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away”. May these Bible truths help you to cope with the grief and sadness during this sad time.
