Payment Policy

It is our policy to provide first-class service to everyone. We respect the dignity of those we serve, and ask that if you are dealing with limited funds, please do not hesitate to tell us of your circumstances and we will tailor a service to fit your budget. We will never compromise a dignified funeral service as we are able to offer alternatives and options for any situation.

Payment in full is expected 48 hours prior to funeral services, in the case of cremations payment in full is expected prior to cremation services. At the end of the arrangement conference, you will be presented with a contract itemizing the goods and services that you requested. For your convenience the following payment methods are excepted.

  1. Cash or Verified Check Payments ( Cashiers Check)
  2. Credit Card Payment – We accept all major credit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit card, a charge of 3.75% will be added to the total balance being charged.
  3. Life Insurance Policies – If you choose to use a life insurance policy, there is a processing fee of 5% of the total contract amount involved for this, and will be added to the total charges on your statement of funeral goods and services. We do not accept insurance policies that cannot be verified. Insurance policies under 2 years old are usually contestable and therefore cant be used a form of payment. Do not hesitate to call our funeral directors with any questions.
  4. Prearranged Funeral Plans - We accept prearranged (Prepaid Funeral Plans purchased before death) that was written through our funeral home. On a case by case basis, we will also honor prearranged funeral plans that was written at another funeral home. If you would like to use a prearranged funeral plan as a form of payment that was written at another funeral home, please contact one of our funeral directors.
