Our basic cremation package includes:

  • Funeral Director’s Basic Services
  • Coordination with the attending physician or medical examiner (as required)
  • Preparation and processing of the death certificate and necessary permits
  • Transfer of your loved one to our mortuary
  • Care and shelter of the remains prior to cremation
  • A cremation container made of approved material for use during the cremation process
  • The cremation itself
  • Preparation of cremated remains for pickup by an authorized individual at our facility

Please note: This package does not include any viewing or visitation.



Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of arrangements.
This special online offer of $1,700 for a basic direct cremation is available only when all arrangements are completed online using the forms provided below. This process allows us to offer a discounted rate by streamlining documentation.
All completed documents must be received within 24 hours, or additional fees may apply.

This offer is valid only for at-need services and applies to payments made by cash, debit/credit card, or cashier’s check.

Additional Fees (If Applicable)

  • Deceased weighing 325 lbs or more – $300
  • Residence removal – $90
  • Residence removal with pronouncement – $150
  • Witness cremation (at crematory) – $200 and up
  • Washing/disinfecting unembalmed remains – $500
  • Certified death certificates – $25 for the first copy, $5 for each additional copy
  • Mileage fee – $2.00 per mile (one way) beyond 30 miles
  • Placement of cremated remains into urn provided by family – $50
  • Storage fee – $100 per day after 48 hours for non-payment or incomplete paperwork
  • Additional charges may apply for cases involving certain infectious diseases.

Traditional Cremation Service


Even with cremation, you have the option of having a viewing with a funeral service before cremation takes place. The visitation can be held in our beautiful chapel, with modern technology for the creation and display of Memorial DVD’s with personalized music.


We help you arrange the funeral service in our chapel, your place of worship or other location your family may select. We are committed to meeting the individual needs of your family and our funeral director is always on hand to explain the options available for the personalization of your loved ones service.

Memorial Service


This service is very similar to the Traditional Cremation Service, but simpler as there is no separate viewing and embalming is not necessary. We do however, offer the option for immediate family to have a private, brief moment to view their loved one, if they so choose.


We help you arrange the funeral service in our chapel, your place of worship or other location your family may select.  Merchandise selection, memorial DVD's, tribute blankets & candles are all options with a Memorial Cremation Service; our funeral director’s will help guide you in planning the service in honor of your loved one.

The Authorizing Agentacknowledges that Divine Mortuary Services is relying upon the representationsbeing made by the Authorizing Agent in this authorization. The AuthorizingAgent certifies that all of the information and statements contained in theAuthorization are accurate and no omissions of any material fact have beenmade. The Authorizing Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DivineMortuary Services, their officers, directors, employees and agents from any andall claims, demands, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or naturewhatsoever, including, but not limited to, legal fees arising out of orresulting from Divine Mortuary Services reliance on or performance consistentwith the directions, statements, representatives, and agreements contained inthis Authorization and Cremation Process Disclosure.

All forms must be completed, signed, and returned to DivineMortuary Services in order for cremation to take place. We’ve made these formsavailable online/ by email, so you can complete them at your convenience in thecomfort of your own home. If you have questions regarding any of the forms onthis page, please call or contact us.

 If the familyis unable to provide these items, and cremation is delayed beyond 48 hours,such failure will result in a sheltering remains charge of $100 per day
