A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday December 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Bible Church 2283 Baker Road NW Atlanta, GA. Mrs. Osborne will lie instate from10:00AM until the hour of service. Interment will take place at the Hillandale Memorial Park 6201 Hillandale Drive Lithonia, GA 30058.
