Mr. Spencer Carter entered into eternal rest on Monday April 26, 2021. Visitation will be held at Divine Mortuary on Friday 4/30/21 from 6-8:00 PM. Graveside service will be held on Saturday May 1, 2021 at Washington Park Cemetery at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow.
