RHODENIA "MISS RUDY" FOSTER was a successful, wife, mother & sibling. She was a graduate of Charles Evan Hughes High School retiring from NYU Medical Center & New Brunswick, NJ School System. Rhodenia is survived by her sons, Bryan Mann & Timothy Michael Mann; Daughter -in law. Stephanie Mann; Siblings: JoAnn Campbell, Raymond Brown; Grandchildren: Pre-deceased Bryan Joseph Mann, Joshua Mann, Brittany Mann, Michael Anthony Mann, Jennifer McClain; Nieces/Nephew: Sharee Campbell, Gordon Campbell, Nishia Brown, Ebony Brown; BFF's Frances Moses Wilson & Ms. Thelma and a host of other relatives and friends.
