Ms. Germaine H. Kelly entered into eternal rest on January 26, 2023. Funeral service will be held at Judah House of Praise (Stone Mountain), on Saturday February 4, 2023, at 12:00 PM. Ms. Kelly will lie in state from 11:00 AM until hour of service. Interment is private.
