Mr. Charles E. Haley entered into eternal rest on July 19, 2020. Funeral Service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, July 25, 2020, at the Divine Mortuary Chapel. Mr. Haley will lie instate from 1:00-2:00 pm until the hour of service. Interment will immediately follow at Hillandale Memorial Gardens located 6201 Hillandale Drive, Lithonia Ga 30058.
