Known to those who loved her as Imogene. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law David Lee and Debbie Fowler. Her daughter Susan Kay Fowler Price and two grandsons Jared Wesley Price and Paul Douglas Price and wife Amanda. Imogene was also a loving Aunt to her nieces and nephews: Pam and Christie children of Verlon and Randy, Becky, and Bobby children of Nadyne. Imogene devoted herself to her family and after her husband died had to work three jobs just to support her family. She then went to work for SL-SF Railroad known as the Frisco Railway where she would work until retirement.
In high school Imogene was on the debate team and as an adult belonged to the local Toastmasters Club. She was an avid reader and enjoyed writing poems and doing the devotionals for her TOPS Club.
Imogene was preceded in death by her parents Jewell Emmett Forgey and Nola Edna Eakins Forgey. Her beloved husband Paul David Fowler and her first born child Cindy Lou Fowler. Imogene was one of four siblings: Wilma Evenlyn Forgey Anderson, Verlon Ray Forgey, and Martha Nadyne Forgey Miller. Imogene ascended in the early morning hours to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and all those she loved and lost in this life.
For those of us left behind we will mourn her loss but celebrate her life. A small memorial service will be held Sunday, January 29th at 2 p.m at Greenlawn Funeral Home - North.
